Version control with multiple scrum teams
Earlier this year Henrik Kniberg wrote a very interesting article about version control and scrum, in a multiteam environment. It doesn't cover every aspect, but it is a good source of inspiration and interesting to read anyway. You'll find it here: http://www.infoq.com/articles/agile-version-control
M.Sc. Software Engineering. Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP). Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Had my own company for a few years in which I developed multimedia production software. In 2001 I joined the consulting business and worked with process improvement and project management of outsourcing projects for 5 years. In 2006 I was promoted to head of the Presales, Solution Design and Business Analysis departments and worked half-time in Macedonia, half-time in Sweden. In 2007 I joined a Swedish computer game development company as Head of Development. I got the chance to introduce a development methodology from scratch: Scrum. In early 2009 I moved on to a new employer a little bit closer to home; in Lund, as Engineering Manager.
